The apartment is in the back of the building so even though it is only 2 blocks from Times Square, it's remarkably quiet and there are only 6 apartments in the building. It's a third floor walk up.Guests can expect basic cable, air conditioning, Internet access and a kitchenette, complete with a coffee maker, small refrigerator, stove top, convection and microwave ovens. There are thick, soft bath towels and all the comforts of home. It may not be luxurious but the convenient location and reasonable price will more than make up for the simplicity of the apartment. The neighborhood has tons of delicious restaurants, ranging from classic NYC diners to Thai, sushi, Italian, French, Russian and everything in between, as Restaurant Row is only 4 blocks away. Most Broadway and many Off Broadway theaters are within blocks as well. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is only 1 block away for easy access to transit, both local and to and from all airports.
