HIGH STREET, COLSTERWORTH, GRANTHAM, LINCOLNSHIRE Video Clips. Duration : 1.53 Mins.

Deceptively spacious stone and brick period cottage with adjoining barn and garage well located in this popular well served village. Colsterworth offers good transport links by road, being close to the A1. Trains to London King's Cross take approximately 70 minutes from Grantham about 9 miles north of Colsterworth. The Georgian town of Stamford is about 13 miles to the south. The village benefits from a convenience store, church and public house. This room was formerly an old butcher's shop. There is a comprehensive range of wall and base units with roll top work surfaces, stainless steel sink and drainer and half height electric oven with microwave convection oven above. There is a 4-ring gas hob with extractor hood over, tiled spashbacks, built-in dishwasher, glass display cabinet and exposed stone wall. Original meat hooks hang from the exposed beamed ceiling and there are double glazed windows to the front and rear with a wooden door through to the Family Room. The rear garden is split into two defined areas. The formal garden has a variety of shrubs and borders with mature trees and fruit trees. There are patio areas, two ponds with fountain and waterfall features, vegetable patch, greenhouse and access to the workshop, garage and driveway area. The other part of the garden is mainly laid to lawn, again with shrubs and borders and is enclosed by fencing, hedging and mature trees. The cottage has a well established mature garden which enjoys a high degree of privacy.
